Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum and I'm currently building an MB6582 for the first time. I have almost all the components in place, but I have a question for more experienced users: could you take a look and see if everything is OK before I connect the power supply and start testing? I decided to use the power supply option "E" from this thread:

So, the changes are:
- no B1 rectifier installed
- no C14 and C13 installed
- C3 is 10uF instead of 2200uF (and here I don't know what the voltage of this 10uF capacitor should be)
- V4 is a Recom R78B5.0-1.5
- V1 is a 7809 - as I understand from the documentation, if I only use the 6582, I don't need to put a 9V switching regulator here (Recom R-78C9.0-1.0?)
- pin 2 and pin 3 of J71 are connected by a jumper
- pin 2 and pin 3 of J72 are connected by a jumper
- pin 1 and pin 2 of J73 and pin 2 of J74 are connected by a cable under the board
- jumpers installed at J1_SIDx and J2_SIDx in the 9V position

Am I good to go further?

Don't worry about the dirty board; this is before cleaning.

Many thanks in advance!

Hi, seems ok to me... you have to go through all the voltage checks before inserting SID modules (look in the mb6582 wiki). Then test 1khz tone check and you may load the troubleshooting apps in the MIOS8 download section.
