What I want to know is if anyone is offering boards or kits for the darlington arrays or possibly a dout board that includes the darlington arrays on the same board. moebius Posted November 11, 2004 Report Share Posted November 11, 2004 Sorry.. - No boards or kits offered - I haven't even seen a ready made pcb layout for that. Guest wheverly Posted November 12, 2004 Report Share Posted November 12, 2004 Hello again,While on the subject of the dout module, I notice that there are 220 ohm resistors in series with each output. I assume they are there for current limiting and probably not necessary if the 74HC595's are connected to the darlington arrays.
