LiFo Posted December 10, 2004 Report Posted December 10, 2004 from what i can see from http://www.microchip.com/ParamChartSearch/chart.aspx?branchID=1002&mid=10&lang=en&pageId=74the difference is that 16F874A has 2 Comparators and 16F874 has 0 Comparatorsand some difference in awailible packages
