Guest Mr.Freeze Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 Heyall,A friend of mine bought the "USB Interface V1.3 mit 8KB EEPROM" from BrainTechnology that should be class-compliant with the USB Module and dumped the firmware: the device was successfully detected under Windows XP and Mac OS/X, but not under my installation of Linux (Fedora Core 1). My multiple audio peripherals are installed under Linux using the ALSA drivers. For example, my Edirol UM1-S MIDI 1X1 is fully working. So that's not where it's at. The module is detected as an USB device (using usbview) but not as a MIDI peripheral (using QJackCtl among others). Any idea?
