[n00b] - Midi to Gameport?

Hey all,

Just need some info about connecting my midibox to my pc using the midi to gameport system.

I looked over the diagram a few times but still dont really know how to connect it, Should i just use any random wire and then make the connection between the two? and also how should i split the cable between the J11 v5 and the gameport 4-5?

Sorry bout all the n00b questions its just that i'm kinda working in the dark here.
