IC 4015 für AIN-Modul

Hallo allerseits.

Ich möchte die Platinen selber machen und bin nun auf der Bestsuche der einzelnen Bauelemente. Nun hab ich mal bei Distrelec den IC ypen an

einmal den HCF 4015BEY  und einmal den HEF 4015BP . Hauptsache ist, dass der IC nen Flashspeicher hat, kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen welchen ich da nehmen muss?

It's 4051.. and if you're askin which one to choose, any version should do.

CD 4051BCN

or

HCF 4051BEY

or

HEF 4051BP

so i can choose any of these types?
