i was make panel for sid from mbsid_panel2fix.dwg and i would like to ask you - which type of lcd display i can use...

(dimension etc, because in http://www.reichelt.de/ i dont find it...)

You want a 2x20 or 2x40 CLCD with a HD44780 or compatible driver.
