Y'ever needed more than ONE MIDI cable to do something??  :o :o  I managed to cobble a connection together out of an audio cable, 4 LEDs (for 1 leg each) and 4 alligator clips to make a 2nd 'MIDI cable', but success it brought me! :) :)

My core has the basic skeleton OS uploaded to it and is purring away!  My modular synth has the beginnings of it's very first computer! :D :D  I am just EXSTATIC!  <sic> ;)

Off to bed.  Hope find all of parts that I need tomorrow for making illuminated buttons for this little gaffer, to use it as a drum machine, as soon as possible. :D:D
