Midi clock generator

Hello everyone.  Sorry if this is off topic, or I havent looked hard enough.  I am looking for a midi clock generator preferrably built into a midibox.  I deally it would have tap tempo (not that important) and the most important part is that I need it to have a very fine tempo control.  Like as close to a turntable as possible.  I want to use it to drive my live rig so I can beat match it to an acompanying dj.  Thanks for any information at all.
