Velocity with midio128

hi all,

is it possible to add velocity suport in the midio128

i would like for exemple that on "dout"

pin1 is for c1 vel-from 0 to 40

pin2    for c#1    from 40 to 80

and 3  for D1      from 80 to 127

????

any help would be great
