Using Different SID's together?

I started hunting old C64's, but before i pay anything i wanna be sure that if im gonna build MIDIBox SID with many SID Chips do the all chips need to be the same model? So what i mean can i have two new SID's and two old at same time?

Hi FLD,

Yes you can use different ones at the same time but you have to pay attention that they must be powered with different voltages and use some different capacitors as well for the filter.
