MIDIBOX CV with analog synths

when I output midi and convert it into CV through the MidiToCV board, I get a zippering effect.

How can it interpolate between the analog values.

I want to achieve a clean frequency sweep on the analog CV synth.

In addition to interpolating (smoothing the data), how do I scale voltages into a specific range? For example , can I use 0-127 MIDI values for 1V instead of the default 10V?
