Hi, We currently use this one from Reichelt: https://www.reichelt.de/d-sub-kabel-1-1-25-pol-stecker-stecker-1-8-m-2-0-m-ak-4010-p3997.html?&trstct=pos_0 TK. suggests up to five metres (so <15') would work but I haven't heard otherwise yet.

today i download versions of Ctrlr_1655 & Ctrlr_262f2710 and they both work fine in standalone mode(not vst) on my Mac 10.13.16, i downloaded them from this archive http://web.archive.org/web/20140518080526/http://ctrlr.org:80/nightly/ maybe it will be useful for new users...
