Sure, I can ship to Germany. I would ship Fedex. Contact me via email or PM if you're interested.
I just found a big stack of schematics and instruction printouts I made when I originally got these parts. There's also specific info on the LCD and encoders in the papers. I'll include these with the MIDIbox parts.

I bought these parts a while back from SmashTV. Many of the kits are still sealed in the original bags. Unfortunately I don't have the time to invest in building a Midibox so I'm selling these. I'm hoping someone might be able to put to these to good use.
A complete list of the parts is the last image below.
When I bought these parts, I think it was enough to build two MIDIbox SID's with an extensive front panel interface.
Also included in this is a wood and plexiglass mount I built. It's easier to take a look at the photo to see what it is. There's also some miscellaneous parts like an LCD, parts pulled from a C64 and it's original powersupply.
I just took a look on AVIshowtech and calculated the midibox parts to come in at around $200 (not including the custom mount, additional components, and C64 powersupply). Since some aren't the latest rev, etc, I'm asking $125 for the midibox parts and mount + $15 shipping.
For the powersupply, along with parts pulled from a C64 and a stash of capacitors, I'm asking $20 + $15 shipping.
If you wanted both, I can combine the two with shipping and take a little off of the power supply.
I'm located in Southern California about 2 hours east of LA. If interested, contact me and we can go from there.
