Ik heb 16 motorfaders te koop met zilvere knoppen.
het gaat om:
16 x ALPS RSAON11M9, N-Type Motorfader + 16 x ALBS FK13x25 Faderknob (silver) for 250 euros
ongeveer 15.60 per fader+knop normaal rond de 23 tot 25 euros bij conrad.

Hi all,
I have some motorfaders + knobs for sale. I actually bought them from the bulkorder by roger but for some reasons i wont build the midibox anymore cuz i will have no time in the near future. Its a real shame and i hope i can make someone happy with this offer.

Thats round 15.60 per fader+knob which is normally round 23 to 25 euros.

yeh true. I can also get encoders from voti.nl but i heared the alps was better. So i was thinking maybe if you will order the alps faders then you can also get a fair price on the encoders. Maybe more people are interested. ???

Beste mensen,
Wie is er ook opzoek naar lcd displays voor zijn midibox. Ik ben opzoek naar 4 2x40 displays met blauwe backlight. Echter ik vind ze behoorlijk prijzig daarom zit ik te denken om een zooi van die dingen in te kopen. Is hier animo voor een soort inkoopaktie?

its a display 240 x 32 pixels. I havent seen it in real yiet. Havent seen a picture either. If it looks kewl and your will still be interested i will get 5 and send one to ya.

hi Thorsten.
Theres a guy who did me an offer for these types of lcd he got them from his work. They have the same size as a 2x40 display. They cost me just 10 euros a piece thats a really good price for an lcd. I'm not sure where they are sold. So these dont work with the current driver means if i want to use them i gotta make a driver myself in assembler? I dont think i could manage that :-\

Hi ik heb in een andere thread gehoord dat het mogelijk is om 2 of meerdere LCs in slave met elkaar te verbinden. Het enige wat ik dan nog mis is meer knobs per channel. Dat zou eventueel mogelijk gaan worden. Dan wordt mijn implementatie 2 midiboxlc in link en een midibox 64e voor mijn vsti hier kan ik dan een bankstick in maken waar alle instrumenten op geconfigged staan. Dat is precies zoals ik het wil hebben. Die extra controle van lc lijkt me toch erg handig.
Wat zijn eigenlijk de beste maar toch goedkope motorfaders?

If that would work then it would be awsome. I would have a 16 chan motorised mixer with 4 pots on every chan and i could build and extra 64e in my box for controlling my vsti in then my dream is reality!

So i will build a dual midibox lc. So in midibox lc i see just one rotary knob on every channel so my version would have 16 is is possible to have more in midibox lc?
for instance 3 or 4 maybe even 5 per chan?

Ja inderdaad die midibox64e is prima voor mijn vstinstrumente. Misschien moet ik er over denken om me hele apparaat te baseren op midibox64e en dan 2 of 3. Aangezien deze ook motorfaders ondersteund etc.
Ik vraag me af of ik de functionaliteiten van midibox LC echt zal missen. Ik hoorde wel dat LC wat intelligenter is zodat als je iets veranderd op je channel in cubase het apparaat daar aware van is. Dat lijkt me echt handig. Het aantal knoppen op midiboxLC vind ik weer minder. Als ik voor elke channel appart met midibox64e nog pots ga aansturen voor EQ, effecten, panning etc dan wordt de setup wat ingewikkeld als je gaat kijken naar channelswitching lijkt me toch?
Ik ben overigens niet van plan om het apparaat in 1 keer te bouwen maar ik wil wel graag alle onderdelen in een keer bestellen.

So how do ppl use 16 or even 24 motorfaders with midibox LC? Is that implemented as 2 midibox lc? and how does the channel selection work in case of 16 fader implementation.

Wat ik eigenlijk wil is een apparaat met mixergedeelte wat bestaat uit 16 faders en een hoop draaiknoppen zodat ik op elk kanaal ook effecten, eq etc kan bijregelen. En daarnaast wil ik graag een knoppenbak voor vsti. Ik wilde dit baseren op midibox64 zo kan ik voor al mijn instrumenten presets maken op mijn bankstick. Het laatste is niet zo'n probleem. De midiboxlc kant is het lastige voor mij. Heeft iemand hier al ervaring mee? Is midibox lc uit te breiden met meerdere endless knobs? Hoe krijg ik 16 motorfaders op midiboxlc.

So the midibox Lc/mackie clone is the same core and parts as the midibox64 for instance? Its only the software and maybe the display that makes the difference right?

In general Nuendo is the same as Cubase. Does the midibox work together well with cubase? If it does then i think nuendo is no problem. Though i wouldnt mind switching from nuendo to cubase for my midibox ;D

This project rocks and i cant wait to start a midibox. Though i'm a little bit of a newbee. Hope you guys can help me with some questions. I want to make a box for controlling cubase/nuendo.
I want to make a box with a mixersection and an instrumentsection. The mixer section needs 16 motorfaders and 32 to 64 pots. Is there a possibilty to browse through channels for instance if nuendohas 20 channels i can press a left and right button to get to the next or previous set. For instance i start at chan 0 to 16 then i press left and my mixerpart will control 1 to 17 and once i press it again 2 to 18 etc. Or is there maybe another way?
Then my instrument section. It needs 32 to 64 knobs buttons,faders. In my instrument section i want to quickly load in different setups for different instruments. For instance i press my knob and i go to pro53 setup, i press it again i go to fm7 etc. Though my mixersection should be left intakt.
Is this possible?
What modules do i need for that?
I figured at least 2 cores for the mixersection cuz of the motorfaders and maybe a core for the instrument section?

These faders are from the bulkorder by screaming rabbit. He is located in swiss. So the faders will be sent from there. If you are a potential buyer please tell me where you are located and i will ask screaming rabbit how much the costs will be for sending the faders to you.
