  1. Hi guys... I'm a newbie here.. I'm new to midi-based electronics but I have made quite a few guitar stompboxes... I have a line6 amp with various delays that i can select with a simple digitech floorboard... I read in the line6 manual that the amp accepts tap tempo signals on midi cc# 64 I want to make a simple box with 1 button that when pressed will transmit cc# 64 to my amp. I've looked at the flootboard project but it seems to be overkill for my needs and wondering if there was a simpler solution... Thanks john
  2. Ok... So assuming I make this device.... How can I find out which midi notets correspond to calling up a desired preset? Thanks... John
  3. Hey guys... I'm new here and was wondering if you could help me... I own a line6 flextone3 amp and a line6 hd147 and understand that they both use the same floorboard... However the line6 floorboard i overkill in my opinion as I don't need all the features that are on this board. I understand that there are 36 channels/presets that you can access on the amps when used with th boards as opposed to the 4 on the top of the amp when te floorboard is not in use... Again, I don't have use for 36 channels... I know that you can use the midi ports on the back of the amps to switch cannels the same way i can switch channels on the amp when sat at my pc and so i was wondering if anyone could help me constuct a midi channel switcher that will have 12 footswitches to select between the first 12 channels on the amp when i gig... could someone please help me do this? This is my first time in the midi would however I have made many guitar effect pedals. Thanks guys... John
