ive my 4 voice808 (bd,sn,ma,clp)now finished no one part was hard to find for me, i ve put the same transistor everywhere (npn,pnp ofcourse) and its sound good. ive just notice that all the hallucinogen mods are not working perfectly , because some pots dont work on 100% some one are only active during 15% of the rotation. would be maby great to redrawn all the schematics and make it tcheked by some one That know well The "TWIN-T filter :)

for now i was planning to just build 4 sounds modul bass drum, snare,maracas & clap with midio128 to trig it in midi, without velocity i ve never think to build it with 4 output with different velocity on each good idea :D i ll do it later. But i would like later build a complet tr808 with all sound, sequencer, 24ppqn sync etc ... lot of work :p i ll post sample of the 4sound808 when it s done , think will finish it tomorow ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) :P

ok, sorry ! i m building a midi triger interface for a 808clone. i ve simpify the more i can the core modul , so i ve remove lcd connector and all route that was not needed, in fact i ve just keep the midi, and the dout. i ve upload midio128 without problem now, the problem was that the upload have to be done under 2 sec. now it s ok , but like all the time , i ve got a another probleme!!! the crystal dont seem to oscillate anymore!!! i supose that one of the 2 pin must be HIGH (5v) and the other Get the 10MHZ But no one is HIGH, is it normal ???? maby is it i dont know i tcheked all pin of the pic with oscillo, no one is moving, ((( Its not a hardware problem , because with a another pic already programed for sid , the crystal oscillate and all pin Are dancing))) so ..... ?????? i dont know ? if it s normal

i ve done the main board i can say that the snare is amazing !!!!! (now i m makin a midio128 to trig All That Sounds))

now i ve upload the mios well byte was all well receive : ) : ° but now it wont receive the apps. i want to send midio128 inside but it dont work :'( maby i ve not convert midio well

ok i found it it s well hiden "perl hex2syx.pl mios_v1_x.hex -os_upload -device_id 0x01" maby it would be nice to put this in the help procedure because it been 5 day that i m on this probleme :pp

in fact i already try to convert the last mios puting the script hex2syx.pl in the folder etcetc... but it doesnt work , impossible to convert it say that the main. file need to be tcheked is someone can send me the already converted , it would be amazing Please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i would need a config. that alow a less 16 pulse output in 15volt controled by a sequencer with synch24, din modul for step prog. etc ... is anybody have a sugestions for this , it would be welcom ??? i m minding on this problem...

yheap you re probably right! i ll do like this finally But i wanted to understand how work the famous TwinT Filter and see it in work by my eyes ::) i just hope that there is no error in his pcb because without the schems it s not easy to understand :p but i think now , i would be able to do it with all the lecons of electronic that ive folow. i ll finish this , and find a other think, maby for my end of study work. ...i ll send this 808x clone's picture here later see you soon :) ...

hi i m also trying to make a clone of the 808 i want to build eatch sound separatly on a pcb like Hallu. and build a sequencer. i gona use a R8c/13 µC From Rensas actualy i ve done only the basscick pcb and the switch board and i m working on the serial shiftregister, first time that i do a such complex work. i also simulate all sound modul with ElectronicWorkbench That is work pretty well for That maby it would Be great to cooperate.
