Well, after a long time dubbing I decided to order some stuff at smashtv to begin. I've made a little partlist of the parts I need for this project: 2x 6581 1x Core Kit with the PIC18F452 1x DIN kit 1x DOUT kit 2x Sid Kit 1x C64 PSU Am I missing some crucial parts? The most important thing is that I can use the sid midibox through midi parameters with my pc. chears, Mr. V.

Hi ppl, I've 2 SID 6581's and I'd like to know what the conditions from the chips are since I've heard things about broken osc's, filters etcetera. Is there some benchmark application or some BASIC available to check the conditions? Muchos Thankos! 8)
