  1. ok, slowly i come out from the fog. the a-in modul @ j5 works, also the d-in modul @ j9. only d-in @ j6 isn't working yet. i use ain64_din128_dout128_v1_3 as test application. i believe thats not the right app for the j6 input's, right?
  2. thanks for your replay. i use my own pcb and the connections between are plugable. which encoder test app you mean? i try enc_speed_v1_3.zip but no messages on midi-in monitor. the digi-in pins are all at 4,9V. i use alps encoder and i think the left and right pins are up/down signal. the middle pin is the ground, or? the only thing that happend when i power on is this: 00000021077453 ms: Sysex message: F0 00 00 7E 40 00 01 F7
  3. hi i try it again to ask you. i finished a core and a d-in modul. upload mios_v1_9f_pic18f452.hex and setup_midibox16e.hex on the pic via midi. the d-in module are connected from j1 to j6 from core. but when i move a (endless) encoder nothing is showed in the midi monitor. how can i test the pcb's? any usefull tips are welcome. thanks.
  4. hi i build the usb modul. and upload the software like in the howto. under linux i can see 2 midi ports but under windows isn't showing. i look in control panel->sounds&multimedia->audio->mididevices. how can i get this running in win-dose?
  5. mh. which application can it be...? i upload the midibox64_v2 main.hex and thereafter nothing happends and any try to upload any other fails...
  6. hi, i have finished my core module and a D-In module. the mios_v1_9f_pic18f452.hex is also up on the PIC. i upload it with miosstudio. i think midi IN/OUT work when i can upload the firmware. so and now i connected the first D-In with 2 endless encoders on J6 of the core module. but i can't see messages in the mios monitor-In when i move a encoder. any ideas? or how can i test this?
  7. hi, i've build a PIC burner and my first core modul. burning the bootloader and uploading the mios working without problems. but the LCD AV1624 2x16 shows nothing. also the backlight is off. but the pins 15+16 for BL are about 4,9V. D0 has 4,9V D1-D7 0V. what can be wrong? display failure? any other tips?
  8. hi, i'm new here and i'm very interesting on the SID Version2, but i can't find a "modul diagramm" like for midibox (http://www.ucapps.de/mbhp/mbhp_midibox64.gif) how can help me to find some additional information about this. how many core (and other) modules are needed for a "full-stero-multi-SID-solution? ;-)
  9. ok, thanks for replay. the issue with my soundcard is solved, i activate mpu in bios. the issue with the burner is still alive. (how get i a suiteable solution...;-) ) i will report my progress in the near future... cheers!
  10. hi, i finished yet my coremodul. how comes the bootstrap prog on the pic? via midi or only with a burner. i can''t understand the howto right... in mios studio, i can see only: midi devices readable -> MIOS studio out port midi devices writeable-> MIOS studio in port; microsoft midi mapper; microsoft gs wavetable sw synth is it right to connect MIOS out with MIOS in? thanks for help...
