okay, i'm going to use MIOSstudio to load in the .syx file...and i get a missing hexadecimal error....should i be wearing a helmet? help!

okay, i got the ol box to boot and am ready to load some banks into it...i hate to sound like an idiot but i'm at a loss here. Could someone hold my hand and tell me what i need to download and from where I'm using OSX 10.6 thanks~
