I have a soundart chameleon as well and was also thinking the same ! its 1 reason why i signed up here, as it would make the possabilities endless as its a fully programable DSP & there's quite a lot of processing power there to play with when thinking of what skin & contoller and how many and what controls are needed to make a dream come true and using the idea of changeable control surfaces that just fit over the controls naming them for the different skins to use with the controller then as a hole it will make one hell of a studio tool to work with plus ideas like could we include parts of say SEQ 4 - pattern sequencer - programmable arpeggiator - sequence parameters changes like filters, FX, - and so on
i'd love be able to make my own midi controller for both my chameleon and nord G2 engine (as the nord G2 Rack has no controlls at all on it) as well as for all my studio software both DAW & VSTi's and it to be layed out the way i want it and to suit the i work as the only hardware midi control i have at min is my novation K-station Kb
so any help at all will be gratefully received
