Problem solved! Programming environment not setup properly. I recompiled after changing proper encoder table. Voila! Thanks Michael for pointing me in the right direction. Now to play.......

Thanks for the quick reply Michael, I actually built my midi board according to your specs. I used the 64e firmware to check for encoder activity. all worked fine as far as the encodesr are concerned. I will however check all other settings according to your message and will post my finding on this forum. Thanks again! Adam
