How does it feel to be a god walking amongst mere mortals?

Today I got some sounds coming out out my MBSID, finally, and after everything I put into getting that far, I must I'm absolutely amazed at the design. I mean, the fact that this design was put together from scratch is absolutely incredible.

Even more so is that you completely documented everything for everyone else. Three months ago I couldn't tell you the difference between a resistor and a capacitor, but here today I've made a MIDI synthesizer from the old C64 Sid chip. I mean, three months ago I saw the bass demo on youtube and thought, "Oh shit, gotta get me one of those." Come to find out it's a DIY project and I don't know jack about electronics.

All in all I'd just like to thank you for the awesome work you've done and the amount of material you've made available for everyone.

And when you do finally take over the world with your SIDTanks and MIDI Robots, just know that I'll be on your side.

think of what priceless treasure of knowledge we gain from these DIY projects, leave alone the final product.
