Duplicate namespaces

There is a namespace called "project" and another called "projects" which is making it kind of tricky to link to pages from each other.  It looks like a mistake to me. 

Am I wrong? Is there any way those namespaces can be merged?  (I suppose I could go rename a bunch of pages and stuff, but I think it might be easier for an administrator to do it)

Ew messy. Thanks for the spot mate. I personally don't have that kind of access, if someone else does then great, otherwise give me a shout and I'll help you clean it up manually.
