strec Posted May 1, 2008 Report Posted May 1, 2008 Hi there,I wonder how to make a digital patchbay with a pc (touchscreen) as remote and patch unit. I dont wont to have cables anymore. What do you think? I think I would need a 19" Unit where the cabels go to but I have no idea how to write a software/programm. How should I design this 19" unit (What is needed). As always: Sorry for bad English ;-)With kind regardsTimo Quote

levon Posted May 3, 2008 Report Posted May 3, 2008 use something like max/msp or puredata.. or even vvvv to make GUI, get a touchscreen.. then set up the software to output midi.. and program a midibox patchbay... Quote
