LINK/CC/EDIT doesn't work on SID 1.7

i have completed midibox sid v1 (1x core, 1x sid module, 1x dinx4, LCD4x20) .. everything works fine except of LINK/CC/EDIT buttons ... encoder, 5x set buttons works fine, LINK/CC/EDIT connected to second 74HC165 doesn't react - they simply do nothing.. but dinx is connected correctly, no soldering mistakes, and second parts of second 74HC (with sid1,2,3,4 switches) works fine, in fact ALL buttons works only upper part of 2nd 74HC, where LINK/CC/EDIT are connected, does nothing  .. i tried change 74HC165 for another one but same result ..

also leds on J5 doesn't work but i think this is connected to problem no.1, when buttons doesn't react there isn't reason for those leds on J5 to light up :-)

any idea what might be wrong ??

MIDIO128 would be better, as ain64_din128_dout128 sends random events when pins at J5 are not grounded.

Details: http://www.midibox.org/dokuwiki/din_module

Are the buttons working with this application?

LEDs connected to J5: there was a bug in the j5_io driver under modules/j5_io - MBSID V1 hasn't been rereleased yet, so that you have to download the new j5_io.inc file from this location

Best Regards, Thorsten.
