stryd_one
Have you tried the midi troubleshooting? What were the results?
tongenerator
well, if i think about the disaster i have produced on mine, i want to be careful withanswering. ;D But as far as i remember i had the same messages sometimes.i have just tried with "use feedback from core" (smart mode) and it worked."or you could try to leave the core switched off, start the upload...mios studio is now waiting for a request, then switch on the core, it should upload."once you have installed mios, this is also the procedure to reinstall mios or do further updates.after sucessfull mios setup the core schould boot up and only send one sysex in future. applications still can get uploaded anytime during core / mios is running
stryd_one
"use feedback from core" (smart mode) ..."or you could try to leave the core switched off, start the upload...mios studio is now waiting for a request, then switch on the core, it should upload."That "or" should be "AND". You should always do both of those things. If it doesn't work, then you have something to fix.... and smartmode+wait for upload request might help you figure out just what that is :)
Tahiti_jul
thanks for your responses. For the moment, at the midi troubleshooting page, i've tried the first 10 CORE tests (not the 11's with changing C5, i don't have 2000uF caps at this moment) & the OUT test.I'm going to re-burn the PIC. Tahiti_jul
Sorry i don't really understand what you mean :( .I've just verify as i say the "TEST CORE" {1-10} and "TEST OUT"{1-2] on this page: http://www.ucapps.de/howto_debug_midi.html but without finding error.A professional electronician has verified my core module, but i programmed the 18F452 by myself (an electronic newbie)... that's why i'm thinking that i could have failed here.I sure will do all the others tests from the midi troubleshooting page, if it fail.
