Sephult
Try only connecting one midi cable at a time for learning, I had problems with feedback in my MB64.-Sephult

Sephult
Ok.What devices are you using to teach the MB?Also what are you trying to assign them to?Have you checked your wiring on the midi socket?-Little by little-Sephult
Guest SK12
Wiring on the midi port is okay, as the led flashes at J13.I´m using a Fatar Studio 49 midikeyboard and i´m trying to assign a midi note to a button. Also tried to send notes with midiox(my midi interface is a midiman portman2x4 tested working with all my other equipment). No respond from my midibox!!? TK.
One user noticed a similar problem after he checked the solderings of the MIDI In circuit, the reason was that he forgot to disconnect the LED, which is only used for debugging purposes and consumes so much power that the PIC doesn't receive any MIDI data.Best Regards, Thorsten. Guest SK12
No, i didn´t solder the led to the board. So I should continue to look for shorts, or any other suggestions??
Guest SK12
Now I´m getting really confused.I thougt it was a short, but I can´t find it.Could it be a component, that´s broken?Don´t know where to look any further...
