Looking for rackmountable 19" desktop solution

For the Midibox SEQ I'm planning to build I'd really like to have the choice of using it on the desktop, but being able to rackmount it as well in 3U height.

Has anyone found a case that would be suitable? Or rather just the angled side panels? I've found a cheap source for all the other parts ( www.supermoduul.nl )

Thats not a bad idea, funnily enough i just noticed Arturia's Origin appears to be both rackmountable and desktop:

Its my first time noticing something that can be used both ways,

most likely not the first module that can do both.
