I have not finished populating the base board yet, just the resistors, IC sockets, and PSU section. Is this a big enough problem to go back and troubleshoot? All the rest of the voltages check perfectly.
Wilba Posted December 13, 2009 Posted December 13, 2009 No that's normal if there's no load... that's the input going into the 7809 voltage regulator. Once there's load, you'll see this drop to 11V.
