SammichSID stereo out and in problems

Hey all,

So, Today while I was working on sounds with my SammichSID both the stereo IN and OUT lost the TIP signal. So only the ring is sending signal on the output, and recieving signal on the input. My soldering is all fine, and it worked before. I noticed when I turned it off, went to eat, and came back to sound coming out of only one speaker. I would be grateful for any suggestions as where to start with troubleshooting. Could this be a setting in the software that this newbie changed without understanding the consequences?

BTW: I just noticed that when working in the drum engine that when using "voice assign" sound only comes out of R, 4, 5, or 6.
