midibox 64e 22encoder, 84switches, 64pots Need help

I know this is reviving an old topic but I would like to ask if anyone one could help with the coding/programming i've basically revisited it and its still causing a bit of confusion I now know the exact setup,

12 encoders, and 25 pots

Would any one like to guide me through the process or even help write the application thanks in advance
