BCF2000 howto Program-Change

I'm a newby in BCF2000 (I use it only with easy Ableton style mapping).

But now I use a software with many "patches", and I can change patch sending a "program-change" value from BCF2000 to the software.

The problem is that I don't know how to say to BCF to send a program-change. How can I set my BCF to send program-change?

Please, help me with a simple step-by-step.
