Looking for someone to design a PCB

Hi All. While at work today I was having a discussion with an owner from a location machine shop about having them make some front / back panels for a TR9090 project I'm working on. We then got of the subject of electronics ect. and brought up that he is looking from someone to design a PCB for a high powered led light he is working. PCB design / etching is beyond me so I thought I'd check with you folks.

If you might be interested let me know via PM so I can send you his contact info. Oh yeah... He said he would pay for the design or trade for some machining work. Free panels!!!
