Marxon
Hi Midiboxers! I am upgrading my SEQ V3 to V4 and don't get the displays working. To besure that there is no connection fault, i measured the connected display from the upsided lcd pins to the corresponding LPC17/74HC959 pins again and again, but detected no fault. So the fault must be somewhere else. (I built the whole core on a breadboard) May the LCD connection application will be avaiable for LPC-Cores in future? Marxon
Hi again, problem solved! :) Instead checking the connection again and again I better should have tried another 74HC595  Marxon
TK.
Interesting! Was the other 595 a 74HCT595 or a 74HC595 ... or just a re-used part with "unknown state"? Best Regards, Thorsten. Btw.: now where more and more people are using the MBHP_CORE_LPC17 module, a port of the LCD interconnection test is on my Agenda... :)
Marxon
Schläfst du auch irgendwann mal? ^^ It was and still is a 74HC595. The old one was probably killed by myself, while assembling. Best regards Marxon
