Details see here: http://www.midibox.org/dokuwiki/sammichFM The kit comes with all parts, LCD, casing (black acryl) to build the sammichFM minus the OPL3 chips. So you would need to source them separately, they are not included. Looking for EUR 100,- for the complete kit (payed EUR 170,- not including customs..). Would prefer to sell within Germany or EU.
