midi controller for sammich

Is there a all around midi controller I can use to edit the sammichSIDS sounds WITH JUST A TURN OF KNOBS. THEN SAVE IT. WHAT'S THE BEST WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE.

yes i know that. but i built a sammichSID. and now im just wanting to have more controle. i guess il have to make due. i wish there was a place where people shared patch's i just need a hand full of pads for my live set. but i guess il just suffer. 

well i found the cc chart so that will make it not so hard.
