I would certainly almost kill to get this. I get the impression from the man who first made these that he does not plan to make them available ever again.

 

I want one. How much will it take?

Not much. Get a core module and write a simple application that listens for incoming MIDI notes, checks in a look-up table what these should be converted to, and then sends out the corresponding note again. Or maybe just do some simple math to convert the note numbers...
