how to remember de "butons" state at startup a midibox 64?

My question is:

 

Its possible to remember the last state of the butons when the midibox start up?, or a fixed configuration, only the butons

 

for example:

 

buton 1...on

buton 2... on

buton 3.... off

 

and so on

 

my intention is to send this config everytime I furn on the machine
