Midi 'Volume' Controller

Hi

I have been searching around for a midi controlled volume pot, so I can automate the levels in my analogue mixer. Can any one point me in the right direction. I did a search but didn't find anything useful.

If I have time and enough skill I would like to try using the TI PGA chip!! seems to be very good for volume control (120dB, step : 0.5dB)
