MIDI Monitor for Linux?

Hi All,

I have a question for Thorsten (or anyone else who develops under linux) - what program do you use for the code upload via MIDI? I see in the FAQ's that you've listed tools for code editing and PIC burnig, but not for the MIDI sysex upload.

Is there an equivilent of MIDI-OX for Linux, or can it be made to work in WINE/Dosshell/Dosbox/etc? At present I have a dual boot Linux/Win98 PC and need to boot into Win98 to use MIDI-OX.

Hi Meeshka,

I wrote a perl script which sends the code (it's within the MIOS package), but it will also work with the upcoming MIOS studio - a Java based tool written by Wilba. This tool also comes with a MIDI monitor :)
