Help: Beginner Guide

hi to everyone :)

At first, I must say Thorsten Klose has made a superbe work with all his projects..  ;D (wirklich eine menge guter projekte, meine komplimente)

also, my question is, if someone knows where I can find informations and basic knowledge for constructing controllers and midiboxes.

Is there a internet guide or a book where I can apprend the necessary knowledge to construct a MidiBox?

This is not MIOS/MidiBox stuff, but I found them helpful and/or entertaining in terms of working with materials and tools; also as a basic refresher on the effects of series/parallel connections etc..

I'm also a beginner in this and electronics.

I find the www.ucapps.de site quite sufficent in providing steps to construction a midibox.

For me as i got no idea how to read the schematics and stuff, i got premade PCBs from SmashTv. Then just plug everything in and solder. Only thing i made myself was the DINX n AINX and they are much simpler. But i have a ready made one beside to take reference from.

Also if you ain't sure of anything, just try finding info from the forum here or just ask. Ppl here are really helpful.
