SEQV4 and SEQV4+ Compatibility

Hello,
I have some SEQV4 parts at home, a Wilba PCB Front panel (with all parts), two 40x2 display and a ST DevBoard STM32F407VG.
For discover i would like to build a small prototype, and wanted to know if midiphy P-Core boards
are compatible with Wilba FP and my devboard.
