incorrect encoder resolution with 24step encoders

hey again

i built the SEQ,

got 17 detented 24step encoders

when i use the sequencer, 1 encoder step will jump 2 steps in whatever option i'm modifying

i hope it makes sense

half step of the encoder , between the detentions, is what works correctly

but when i move it a full step,  its like how it should be if i moved it 2 steps

any idea ?

maybe some code fix, or am i doing something wrong ?

Check your main.asm - there is stated something about configuring the Encs.

I think the file you have to modify is the mios_tables.inc or so. Somewhere there are all the Encs stated together with their modes. There are 3 modes, you have to use the Detended2 one. Should work.

i found the code to modify

and tried MIOS_ENC_MODE_DETENTED2, aswell as MIOS_ENC_MODE_DETENTED for all of the encoders, and neither of them worked correctly :(

i wonder what else could this be

did anyone ever experience this behaviour?

i can clearly feel and count the 24 clicks on each of the encoders, but the resolution in the seq seems to be incorrect
