New midibox design

hi im new and i am looking at making a small midibox, with just 16 encoders on it. i think the only PCB's i will need for this is a core and a DIN module? (plus all the components of course). Can someone tell me if there are any forseeable problems with building something to this design?

Right! But for debugging a LCD display is very usefull...

Can someone tell me if there are any forseeable problems with building something to this design?

Take the MIDIBox64E Application. There should be no problems.
