Son of First Attempt with '452

Hey Guys!!

Well I did finally get the '452 core to function.  But I still have a few problems.

the major problem is...

when I go to the 'Edit Events' page, the lcd is erratic. The cursor will not stay on the selection to change and only goes to the first and second positions on the bottom row.  I can't get it to change the pot number, or if it is.. the lcd is scanning so fast I can not see where the cursor is.

Any ideas?

Are you using only one AIN module? If so, you'll need to tie A4-A7 of J5 on the core to ground. It sounds like you are getting the random jitter of ungrounded inputs.

Yeah, I only have 48 pots right now, and have tied the extra 16 inputs to ground.  I will try your suggestion and tie the channel select inputs on the Core to ground and see if that solves my jitter problem.  (only happens on the Edit Pot Names and Edit Events pages, everything else seems to display and function correctly).

I have a couple of hundred 10K pots on order and should be able to finish my pot board in a week or so.
