i don't mail them to know price or if they supplie to private consumer,as i still have my knobs  ,but you can obtain information or ordering their knob through a french distributor that is called "SCV Audio" ,the best professionall audio gear distributor in france.

As the mans at SCV are very cooll ,i think you can ask them for little quantities ,but may be they will tell you to wait for a big command of a professionel ,they do that for me some year ago.

the "TWO-COLOR "SOFT TOUCH" CONTROL KNOBS" seems to be not too much expensive ,but i don't know what prices you can find elsewhere ,as i've found mine in a second-hand dealer of furniture!!!

Dual concentric knobs look nice for squishing a midibox synth into a lower-profile case.  Now how about encoders that can take advantage of that sort of thing?
