TK.
This is a MIDIbox SID made by SJakie - he wrote:..Too bad I cannot seem to get a sharp picture of the inside right now. Theflash reflects on the plexiglas I used to mount the encoders on. But what awork it was :) 3 full days soldering in a row for the CS :)I also made one terrible mistake: I reversed all anodes and cathodes of thematrix ): I hope I solved it correctly by inverting the values to theshiftregisters in CS_MENU_MATRIX_Handler. Seems to work ok though.Anyway hope you enjoy the pictures ;)..
stryd_one
Lookin' good mate :)From my experiences with photographing graffiti, I know that the way to avoid the reflection from the flash (flashburn) is to take the photo from an angle so that the flash reflects away from the camera. Hope that helps.
sjakie
Yeah, I think it worked out quite well for a first-timer on such a big panel. What's funny is that the c64 case is actually a 'clone' or refit -case or something apparently from australia. Funny to find something like that 2nd hand in holland :)Anyway I have already started planning for the FM synth, which is ofcourse up next ;D I really like the casing for practical reasons, so I think the FM is going into one too :)Thanks & Cheers
