No sound with basic hardware!!!

I don't understand!!!

My sidbox[8580] doesn't make any sound but a constant beeeep. :'(

How can i verified ICs of my synth[sid, pic, opto etc.]?

verify the sid with a working C64;

verify the other ic's with the troubleshooting guides given in the forum and on the core pages
