kangoo
Hello,I have a 8x8 LED Matrix, but the pinout is all mixed up. So I was wonering if its was possible to assign in software to which Shift register pin each column and row of the LED matrix is assigned to.As far as i can tell the shift register is assigned in main.asm but i am assuming each row of anodes and cathodes has to be in a sequential order. Sorry if that has already been answerd. Thanks :) BTW: the LED matrix is from http://www.marktechopto.com/, they offer samples !!!

kangoo
why not changing the pinning with the soldering iron? ;-)Just for esthetic reasonsHehe, i'll go ahead and do it that way. It's just that i feel more confortable making changes in software. No big deal really, was just curious. Thanks for the reply, ill post some pics of my progress :))
